After working in the IT service industry for over 15 years and becoming increasingly disillusioned by the way in which IT service companies operated, Say It was formed in early 2006 by Andrew Ford. The company was created to fill the gap in the marketplace for a reliable, efficient and a plain English IT service where the customer is the top priority closely followed by cost managed systems.
Say IT operates beyond the scope of simply fixing your IT problems by finding the root cause and and preventing re-occurrence rather than just curing the short-term symptoms. This appears not to be a typical IT service response since the opportunity for recurring service charges is reduced dramatically. However, building on this foundation of quality and trust will be the backbone of our customer service guarantee. We aim to work with our clients beyond the role in hand and when we see a potential to increase or remedy productivity we will make this information availablefor your benefit.
